Ashley Armstrong was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. She attended Auburn University to pursue a degree in Nursing and after two years at Auburn she expedited her education by transferring to Southern Union college, where she completed two semesters of Nursing school and received an associates degree in Applied Science. In the winter of 2008, she decided to continue her education and expressed interest in holistic and natural healing approaches and enrolled at The Montgomery School of Bodywork and Massage. This school changed my life! Ashley began to pursue Massage therapy, Aromatherapy, and the study of ancient and cultural healing modalities and moved to Colorado in 2009 to begin her journey working as a Massage Therapist where she spent her winters in Breckenridge, Colorado and her Summers in Boulder, Colorado. In 2012, she decided to expand her horizons and grow up (a little) by moving to the Mile High City.
Ashley, completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program at The River Yoga studio, as she continued to practice Massage therapy. By 2015 she worked alongside Dr. Jones and In 2017 happily accepted the position as Office Manager at Denver Spine and Posture Center where she prides herself on making sure patients have an all around great experience at our office.
Outside of working at DSPC, Ashley enjoys being outside whether it be downtown, in nature or sitting on a patio. She love to hike, camp, kayak, toss the disc, hula hoop and run. Ashley loves spending time with friends and her Australian shepherd, Scarlet.
A College football fan, War Eagle! And has great appreciation for the arts, spending her reading, collecting and listening to vinyl records and you can occasionally catch her at her favorite jazz club downtown.
